How do I make an order on your website?

Making an order with us is very simple. Create an account and find the products you would like to order by either typing in the quantity or clicking on the plus icon. Add the products to your cart, and we will check your order. However, we do not accept the cards at the moment.

Can I place an order over the phone or email?

What payment methods are available?

We accept only Bank Wire Transfer at the moment.

Payment term: T/T 100% in advance or L/C.

Shipping & Delivery 


If you require any certificate to satisfy with your country regulation, please email us exactly what is required such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Health Certificate, Country Origin Form, FTA, Restricted regulation regarding crude protein, fat for a certain animal meat, Factory registration etc.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse, we will send you a notification of airway bill or bill of lading with your tracking number or information via email.

What are the delivery terms?

We ship out on ex-work terms from Pyeongtaek.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Please allow us 30 to 60 days from your payment date of receipt.

We will do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Container / Truck Load:

Full load or by pallets based on customer’s request.
